Friends of Paha

Friends of Paha is a non-profit organization comprised solely of volunteers with the goal of raising funds to help financially support Camp Paha.

Camp Paha

Camp Paha and Paha Adults in Transition are the City of Lakewood's summer day programs for youth and young adults with disabilities. Visit www.Lakewood.org/Paha for more information.

Did you know...

Paha means 'mountain' in Lakota Sioux. Camp Paha is a place to overcome obstacles with new friends, learn new skills, and enjoy the summer in new and exciting ways.

What's New

We are working closely with the City of Lakewood and expect to provide Camp Scholarships as soon camp details are confirmed and registration begins. We will ensure all families have plenty of time to complete a campership application, but the 2021 Campership application is NOT open yet. Don't worry, you haven't missed anything! Our Facebook page is the best place to receive updates, or subscribe to our email list below.

Friends of Paha is excited to be a 2021 Colfax Marathon Charity Partner! When registering for the marathon simply pick Friends of Paha as your fundraising partner. More details on how you can use the marathon as a chance to raise funds will be coming soon.

Calling all Paha Staff Alumni! Join our Facebook group as we work to share Camp memories and spread awareness.
